What is a Buyer’s Rebate?
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, forty states, including Florida, allow real estate agents to give rebates to their clients. The biggest benefit from rebates? It makes buying a home less expensive by providing additional savings such as principal reduction or money towards closing costs. The ability to get a rebate is one of many great reasons to work with a buyer’s agent.
